This group is designed to support, encourage and motivate.
It is a group made to gain friendships and freely vent about the good, the bad & the ugly side of mental illness, physical illness and everyday life in general.
This page is for anyone who needs an uplifting community surrounding them.
Feel free to post memes and quotes, vent, swear, be happy, excited, down or anxious. Whatever the topic may be, we are all here to share our own experiences, support each other, ask for advice or simply vent.
– Please note that this is a support group to encourage and support. Any abusive content from members will result in an immediate ban.
– For our members safety and wellbeing please do not post or send anyone your personal details such as your address, banking details or phone number.
Creator of this group is a qualified counsellor who in the past has suffered her own battles with abuse, mental illness and to this day still battles with her own physical health. We feel strongly about there being support and recourses available to you, we also understand the importance of this during times of need.
It is extremely important to jot down a few resources if you’re needing an extra helping hand.

Sunday funday is once a week when possible.
Admin or a member will post a game within the group for everyone to play. It’s just a way of having a little fun/a giggle and also a great way in getting to know each other. You do not have to participate if you don’t feel like it 🙂

If you want to post something but are not comfortable sharing it, you can inbox your admin what you would like to post and they will post it anonymously for you into the group.
Admin posting anonymously for you means they will post what you inboxed them on your behalf.  Our members will not know who the post is from (your name will not be mentioned) and the members will be able to comment and offer their advice and support.
